新氢压缩机旁通气量调节与HydroCOM无级调速复杂控制方案

摘要

介绍了新氢往复压缩机旁通气量调节、无级调速控制系统基本构成及相关工作原理.阐述了往复压缩机旁通气量分程低选调节控制方案设计及无级调速控制方案设计.实际应用中旁通回流控制和HydroCOM无级调速控制系统切换不会影响压缩机的正常运行,达到了无扰动切换的目的,值得推广及应用.%Basic composition and related working principles of bypass gas volume adjustment and stepless speed regulation control system of new hydrogen reciprocating compressor were introduced. The designs of bypass gas volume adjustment scheme and stepless speed regulation control scheme were discussed. In practical application, the switching between bypass gas volume adjustment and HydroCOM stepless speed regulation will not affect the normal operation of the compressor.
