三维激光扫描技术在立式罐容量计量中的应用综述

         

摘要

As a new data acquisition method, 3D laser scanning technology can obtain three-dimensional data images quickly and accurately. In the field of vertical tank capacity measurement, traditional measurement methods have some shortcomings, such as long measurement time, large work intensity, high examination cost and low accuracy. The 3D laser scanning technology can overcome these shortcomings. In this paper, through analysis of specific cases at home and abroad, the principle of 3D laser scanning technology was introduced as well as the model of vertical tank capacity measurement, and application of 3D laser scanning technology in capacity measurement was discussed. At last, the potential application direction of 3D laser scanning technology we predicted.%三维激光扫描技术作为一项新的数据获取手段,可以快速、准确、高效的获取测量目标的三维数据影像,其在立式罐容量计量的应用可改善传统方法测量时间长、工作强度大、检定成本高且计量精度不高等问题.通过对国内外资料的分析总结了三维激光扫描技术的技术原理、立式油罐容量计量模型和三维激光扫描技术在容量计量中的应用等几个方面的现状,并对其发展方向做出展望.
