人类辅助生殖实验室环境空气质量国际专家共识与我国现状

         

摘要

The common consensus was reached by Cairo international exerts conference in 2017 in respect of recommended technologies and operational requirements for indoor air quality in modern assisted reproductive technology (ART) lab, which included design and construction, HVAC system, control of particles microbes (bacteria, fungi and virus) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), safe cleaning operation, and appropriate infection control for minimum exposure to VOCs. Totally fifty items were agreed in terms of site suitability evaluation, basic construction code for new facilities, lab commissioning and sustainable lab management, which may served as examples and guidance for existing and new labs in China, respectively.%2017年开罗国际专家会议在关于现代辅助生育技术(ART)实验室内空气质量的推荐技术和操作要求方面所达成的共识成果.会议的主题包括设施的设计和建造、设施的暖通空调系统;关键区域内对颗粒物、微生物(细菌、真菌和病毒)和挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)的控制;安全的清洁操作;在优化空气质量的同时最大限度降低配子和胚胎的理化风险(平衡温度控制与风量)的操作实践;以及可最大程度减少挥发性有机化合物暴露的适当的感染控制措施.会议在评估选址适宜性、新建设施的基本设计标准、实验室调试、挥发性有机化合物持续管理等方面达成50 项共识.这些共识可视作改进我国现有实验室,以及建设新建实验室的参考.
