BIM技术在施工阶段成本控制中的应用研究

摘要

The cost control faces some challenges under the new normal,such as concept is not mature,data acquisition is not timely,the method and means are backward. The paper discusses the value of BIM technology in cost control,constructs the implementation process of cost control. Then,taking Mengjiawan for practical application,elaborates the application and effect of BIM in the construction stage of preventing in advance, control and after,so as to provide reference for the construction cost management of construction enterprise.%新常态下成本控制面临理念不成熟、数据获取不及时、方法和手段落后的挑战。论述BIM技术在成本控制中应用的价值，构建成本控制实施流程；结合工程施工中应用BIM技术的实例，阐述BIM在施工阶段事前预防、事中控制、事后分析方面的应用与成效，为施工企业进行施工成本精细化管理提供借鉴。
