建筑信息模型标准开发方法和内容框架分析*--以美国国家建筑信息模型标准第三版为例

摘要

The research and development of BIM standard is the guarantee and the key to the effect of BIM application. Takes the National Building Information Model Standard Third Edition of the United States(NBIMS-USTM V3)for example,the paper deconstructs the NBIMS to standard application layer,information exchange standard layer and implementation layer,and defines the content,on the basis,analyzes the methodology and core standard system of BIM standards development,provides reference for formulating the BIM standard system in China.%BIM标准的研究与制定是BIM实施的保障和影响其应用效果的关键。以美国国家建筑信息模型标准第三版（NBIMS-US™ V3）为例，将NBIMS标准解构为标准应用层、信息交换层和标准实施层并解析其内容。在此基础上分析BIM标准开发方法论和核心标准体系，以期为我国BIM标准体系的制定提供参考。
