我国建筑业的产能过剩分析及应对策略

摘要

Using Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)method,this paper presents a capacity utilization evaluation model by selecting the production capacity and market demand indicators. According to the calculation results of the model for the data processing from 1995 to 2014,identifies and analyzes thechanges of supply and demand pattern and the new normal overcapacity of China's construction market in recent years. Meanwhile, puts forward several countermeasures to cope with overcapacity,including extending the industrial chain of construction enterprises,implementing business diversification,promoting the supply side reform and exploring the international market.%基于数据包络分析（DEA）方法，选取建筑业营造能力和市场需求相关指标，建立建筑业产能利用评价模型；根据1995～2014年模型计算结果，明晰二十年来我国建筑业市场供需格局的变化及近年出现的产能过剩；最后提出建筑业企业延伸产业链、经营多元化、推进供给侧改革、开拓国际市场等应对产能过剩困境的策略。
