基于BIM的工程项目全过程造价控制方法研究

     

摘要

Through analyzing the features and functions of BIM technology,the paper studies the measures and methods of cost control in all stages of project construction. The results show that,in the decision-making stage, associates BIM model with the project evaluation indicators to achieve intelligent decision-making results. In the design phase,uses lean design,limit design,optimization design and BIM drawing inspecting control method. In the bidding stage,uses BIM technology to compile the bidding price and tender documents so as to implement electronic bidding. In the construction phase,uses BIM technology to make resource planning,procurement management and project settlement,and and strictly control the project change,visa and claim.In the completion stage,uses BIM technology to establish the completion of BIM model to reduce settlement audit,and effectively used in the operation and maintenance stage.%通过分析BIM技术的特点与功能,研究工程建设各阶段造价控制的措施与方法.研究得出在决策阶段,可将BIM模型与项目评价指标关联达到智能决策效果;在设计阶段,可采用精益设计、限额设计、优化设计以及BIM审图控制方法;在招标阶段,可采用BIM技术编制招标控制价与招标文件,实施电子招标;在施工阶段,可利用BIM技术,编制资源计划,做好采购管理和工程结算,并严格把控工程变更、签证与索赔.在竣工阶段,可利用BIM技术建立竣工BIM模型,减少结算审计,并有效运用于运维阶段.
