自吸泵在电厂补给水取水工程中的应用研究

             

摘要

Horizontal centrifugal pumps or vertical borehole shaft driven centrifugal pumps are usually used in make-up water pumping for power plant. However, such pump house needs to be constructed with deeper pit, thus causes higher civil construction costs. In addition, the construction will get more difficult when pump house is constructed on poor geological conditions. This article proposes a solution by using self-priming pump to intake water at high level, and to lower down the pump house pit depth as well. Through practical engineering projects, the feasibility of self-priming pump under long suction horizontal pipe is verified. By using this solution, the civil construction costs can be saved and construction gets easier. This solution offers experiences and basis for similar projects.%电厂补给水泵通常采用卧式离心泵或立式长轴离心泵,但采用这类水泵时,泵房埋地深度较深,土建工程费用较高,而且遇到较弱的地质条件时,施工困难.论文提出采用自吸泵高位取水的方案,降低了泵房埋地深度,通过工程实例验证了在长吸水水平管条件下采用自吸泵方案的可行性,降低了土建投资费用及施工难度,为类似工程提供经验和依据.
