预应力孔道压浆料的性能影响因素研究

摘要

Preparation pre-stressed duct grouting material by using self-made grouting agent,Study the effect of mixing parameters,type of cement,water binder ratio and varieties of mineral admixtures on the working performance,expansion,mechanical properties and dura-bility of the slurry.The results show that:appropriate high speed centrifugal mixing can effectively improve the fluidity and water retention of the slurry;duct grouting material made with self-made grouting agent can obtain better working performance ,mechanical properties and durability in a wide range of water binder ratio,but there existing problem on the adaptability cement variety;mineral admixtures influence on all aspects of performance about slurry are quite different,the limestone powder improve slurry working performance was the best.%采用自制压浆剂配制预应力孔道压浆料，研究了搅拌参数、水泥品种、水胶比及矿物掺合料种类对压浆料浆体的工作性、膨胀性、力学性能及耐久性能的影响。研究结果表明：适当的高速离心搅拌可有效提高压浆料浆体的流动性及保水性；采用自制压浆剂配制的压浆料可在较大水胶比范围获得较好的工作性能、较高的力学性能及很高的耐久性能，但与水泥品种之间存在适应性问题；矿物掺合料对浆体各方面性能影响差异较大，其中石灰石粉在一定程度上对于提高压浆料浆体的工作性能效果最好。
