随着建筑产业化的进程,我国装配式建筑迅速发展.与此同时,BIM技术作为实现施工企业生产管理标准化、信息化以及建筑产业化的重要技术基础之一,得到了广大施工企业的充分重视和大力发展.利用BIM技术,可以综合考虑建筑设计、施工,装配等各个环节对建筑构件设计的影响程度.分析探讨了基于BIM技术实现装配式建筑深化设计的方法与手段,提出了目前BIM技术在装配式建筑应用上出现的问题.%With the construction process of industrialization,the prefabricated construction rapid development in our country.At the same time,the implementation of BIM technology construction enterprise production and management standardization,informationiza-tion,and one of the important technical foundation of building industrialization,by the vast number of construction enterprises full atten-tion,and vigorously develop.Using BIM technology,can consider building design,construction,assembly and so on each link of the influ-ence of construction design.Analysis,it discusses the realization of the prefabricated construction design method based on BIM technology and means,put forward the current problems in BIM technology application in prefabricated buildings.
