高碳粉煤灰透水砖的制备及性能研究

         

摘要

The effects of formulation,firing system and brick forming pressure on the performance of ecological permeable brick were discussed and discussed by studying the ecological permeable brick made of high carbon fly ash as the main raw material.The experimental results show that the optimum process parameters are 50% of high-carbon fly ash,50% of clay content,20 MPa for forming pressure, 1 065 ℃for sintering temperature and 1.5 h for holding time.Excellent,the cleavage tensile strength of 5.36 MPa,water permeability of 0.151×10-2cm/s.Not only the realized the use of waste,but also has a certain economic benefits.%通过研究以高碳粉煤灰为主要原料制作的生态透水砖,讨论分析了原料的配合比、烧成制度、砖坯成型压力对生态透水砖性能的影响研究.试验研究表明:较适宜的工艺参数为:高碳粉煤灰掺量50%、黏土掺量50%、成型压力为20 MPa、烧结温度为1065 ℃、保温时间1.5 h,所制得透水砖性能较优,其劈裂抗拉强度为5.36 MPa,透水系数为0.151×10-2cm/s.既实现了废物利用、又具有一定的经济效益.
