基于虚拟仪器的无人机燃油组件检测系统设计

     

摘要

为了提高无人机燃油组件的修理检测效率,本文设计某型无人机燃油组件的检测系统.该检测软件采用基于Lab-VIEW的分层模块化设计方法,程序结构清晰,易于维护.检测系统的软硬件设计都具有较好的可扩展性,通过软硬件的升级改造,可兼容其它型号燃油组件.该检测系统人机界面友好,测量参数准确,可满足燃油组件的修理检测需求.%In order to improve the test and repair efficiency of the UAV fuel assembly, a UAV fuel assembly test system is designed. The software uses layered modularized design method based on Lab VIEW, the program is distinct and easy to be maintained. The design of software and hardware had good expandability. It can be compatible for the other models of fuel assembly by software and hardware upgrade. The test system has friendly human-computer interface, it can measure the parameters accurately and satisfy the UAV fuel assembly test and repair requirements.
