LabVIEW下的变质心机构3D虚拟显示系统设计

     

摘要

在变质心机构3D虚拟显示系统的开发过程中,为了解决封闭物体中执行机构的运动测试、虚拟演示和动作回放问题,研究了两种基于LabVIEW软件平台的3D虚拟显示方法:DLL调用法和三维图片控件法;在利用数据采集卡获得变质心机构的质量块位移数据后,根据这两种方法分别编制绘图程序实现变质心机构运动质量块的3D虚拟演示与动作回放;结合一维变质心机构虚拟显示系统的设计,对两种方法进行了编程实现和结果比较;两种方法与LabVIEW中的数据采集测量软件能够有效配合,在硬件驱动和数据采集上设计简便,绘图频率达到25帧/s以上.%In order to solve the problems about testing, demonstration and playback of the movement of the executing agency in closed physical modeli two 3D virtual display methods based on LabVIEW were present: the use of DLL called and the use of 3D picture control. After obtained the location data of the executing agency by DAQ card, the drawing programs were written to realize 3D display and playback according to each methods. Accompanied with the design of the test system of one-dimensional centrotd alterable model, each methods were programmed and compared. The methods works well accompany with the data acquisition and test sofrware based on LabVIEW, and were much more simple in designs of hardware drivers and data acquisition. The drawing frequency is above 25frames/s.
