GPRS在户外智能真空断路器上的应用研究

         

摘要

This article describes the GPRS wireless communication technology, and GPRS wireless communication technology used in thernfeasibility of its opplication in outdoor vacuum circuit breaker, and to design appropriate monitoring system that adopts DSP chip as the central processing unit, the monitoring data real—time collection sent to a remote monitoring center, closing operation in accordance with the specific instructions of the GPRS wireless transmission to the next bit machine, the next crew to receive instruction, the processor response and send feedback code to achieve real — time monitoring of circuit breakers. Transmission of data through the database SQL Server 2005 storage and text files in a specific folder to save all records of communication, and facilitate historical inquiry. The host computer provides a friendly, simple and visual operation interface. Through the actual lab test to verify the GPRS wireless monitoring technology in the application of vacuum circuit breaker is reasonable and practical.%介绍了GPRS无线通讯技术,对GPRS无线通信技术应用于户外真空断路器的可行性进行了分析,并设计了相应的监控系统;系统下位机采用DSP芯片作为中央处理单元,对监测数据进行实时采集并发送给远程监控中心,分合闸操作按照GPRS无线传输特定指令给下位机,下位机接收指令,处理器响应并发送回馈代码,实现断路器的实时监控;传输的数据通过数据库SQL Server2005实现存储并且在特定文件夹中以文本文件保存通讯的所有记录,方便历史查询;上位机提供了友好、简便、可视化的操作界面;通过实验室测试,实现了GPRS应用于真空断路器的远程操作,提高了控制的智能化、精准化.
