铅酸动力电池带负脉冲充电方法实验研究

             

摘要

Paper is studied on the lead -acid battery charging method with negative pulse, analysis the effectiveness of the negative pulse, and explains the negative pulse can improve the acceptance rate for the charge current in the battery charging process. Use the Diga-tron battery test system to make a large number of experiments for the charging method with the discharge negative pulse, received the amplitude and the width of the discharge negative pulse and analysis of them, and determined the 50A optimal amplitude and 3s width values of the discharge negative pulse through the experimental data and theoretical calculations. Ultimately, make the charging experiments for the l00Ah lead -acid battery by using the determined parameters of the discharge negative pulse. The results show that the method can make the battery charged 80% capacity in 2 hours, and increased the duration of high -current charge; the filled capacity of the battery is significantly increased at the same time, the charging speed is accelerated, and the purpose of the fast charge is achieved.%文章对铅酸动力电池带负脉冲放电的充电方法进行了研究,理论分析了负脉冲放电对于提高电池对于充电电流的接受率加快充电速度的有效性,利用Digatron电池测试系统对带放电负脉冲的充电方法进行了大量的实验,实验中获得了放电负脉冲的幅值参数以及宽度参数的实验数据并对其进行了分析,通过实验数据并结合理论计算确定了对于100Ah铅酸动力电池,放电负脉冲幅值为50A,放电负脉冲宽度为3s是最佳参数,并利用所确定的放电负脉冲的参数对100Ah铅酸动力电池进行了充电实验,结果表明该方法在2小时内充入电池80%的容量,使大电流充电持续时间增加,即在同样时间内充入电池电量明显增多加快了充电速度,达到了快速充电的目的.
