水轮发电机通风模拟试验台测控系统设计与实现

     

摘要

In view of the requirement of the total air-cooling technology study for huge hydro-generators, an advanced and full measurement and control system for the hydro-generators ventilation simulation test bed is designed and provided. The design scheme and implementing method of the measurement and control system are described in detail. Automatic measurements and controls in ventilation simulation tests for huge hydro-generators is realized by the system . The experimental results show that the system has a high stability and high control and measurement precision. The system has been successfully applied to the 700MW hydro ?generators and the 1000MW hydro ?generators ventilation simulation tests.%针对大容量水轮发电机全空冷技术研究的要求,设计并提供一个技术先进、功能完善的水轮发电机通风模拟试验台测控系统;详细论述了该测控系统的设计方案及其实现方法;该系统实现了大型水轮发电机通风模拟试验的自动测量与控制;试验结果表明,该系统具有稳定性好、测量与控制精度高、实时性好以及抗干扰能力强等优点;该系统已成功地应用在700MW级和1000MW级的水轮发电机通风模拟试验中,并在700MW级和1000MW级的水轮发电机采用全空冷技术的可行性验证中发挥了重要的作用.
