基于SOPC的雷达发射机自动测试系统设计

     

摘要

To the problem of that the inherent testing ability of a certain type of radar transmitter is not better to aim at on-line and real - time test for some key components, the embedded automatic test system based on SOPC is designed. According to designing the testing involving scheme, aimed at no-change and no-effect when radar is working. The IP Core of SOPC include such function as automatic span conversion< automatic trigger electrical level adjustment, automatic zero regulation, and automatic correction. By statical and dynamic testing, proving the capability of signal isolation, signal testing, automatic testing function, and fault diagnose, indicating that the designing is reasonable and effective.%针对某型雷达发射机固有测试能力有限,不能有效地对关键部件进行实时在线监测的问题,研究设计了基于SOPC技术的嵌入式自动测试系统;通过合理设计测试介入方案,达到了不改变发射机、不影响工作性能的目的; SOPC嵌入的MPU IP Core具有自动量程转换、自动触发电平调节、自动零点调整以及自动校准等功能,使测试系统具备了自动检测能力;经过静态和动态实装测试,验证了测试系统的隔离性能、信号检测能力、自动测试功能和故障诊断能力,试验表明测试系统的设计是合理的、有效的.
