工业现场PLC控制系统抗干扰设计与实现

         

摘要

The PLC control system is one of the most common and most important operating system,which is related to the stability and security of the whole production.In order to ensure the normal operation of production activities,the normal operation of the PLC control system,the research on the possible interference factors in the operation of the system,which are mainly divided into external and internal two directions.In this paper,we will analyze the possible sources of interference from the PLC control system,and design a solution to the phenomenon of interference in different aspects.Starting with the design of hardware and software,the measures of anti interference are studied.Through the experimental analysis,the stability and anti disturbance degree of the PLC system after the anti interference measures are analyzed.The experimental results show that the PLC system can be improved to a large extent by the improved method.%在现今的工业生产现场,PLC控制系统是最为常见的系统之一,也是最为重要的操作系统,关系到整个生产作业的稳定性和安全性;为保证生产活动正常运行需要控制PLC控制系统的正常运作,研究在系统运行中可能出现的干扰因素,其中主要分为外部、内部两个方向;将从PLC控制系统可能产生的干扰来源进行分析,设计出对于不同环节出现的干扰现象的解决办法;从硬件设计入手,研究抗干扰的措施;通过实验分析,经过抗干扰措施后的PLC系统的稳定性和抗干扰程度;实验结果表明,经过以上方法改良后PLC系统可以很大程度上实现干扰现象最小化.
