基于ANFIS的振动筛控制系统设计

     

摘要

In order to solve the problem that screening efficiency is too low because of the inability to adjust automatically the vibration sieve's frequency and angle,we design a control system based on the ANFIS.Taking S7-200PLC as the core controller,and use WINCC software to achive automatic adjusting of vibration sieve,which can improve the screening efficiency of vibrating screen greatly.The system can find the the best working angle and vibration frequency of the vibrating screen in different input conditions through a large number of data acquisition,storage and analysis,taking it as learning samples of network so that we can get the data of fuzzy inference system.The experiment results show that the network has faster training speed and strong learning ability to meet the requirements of control system's automatic adjusting the frequency and angle.%为了解决因振动筛频率和倾角无法自动调整而导致筛分效率过低的问题而设计了一种基于自适应模糊神经网络的控制系统,该系统以S7-200PLC为核心控制器配合采用WINCC组态软件实现振动筛的自动调节,大大提高了振动筛的筛分效率;该系统通过大量的数据采集、保存及分析,寻找出振动筛在不同输入条件下最佳的工作倾角和振动频率并作为网络的学习样本以便获得模糊推理系统的数据,将其与现场采集数据作比较;试验结果表明:该网络具有较快的训练速度和较强的学习能力,满足了控制系统自动调节频率和倾角的需求.
