复杂产品三维装配工艺微规划层进对象模型

             

摘要

To improve precision & visualization of assembly process planning for complex products, and to standardize infrastructure process planning, hierarchical progressive object-oriented modeling of 3D Assembly Process MicroPlanning (APMP) was studied. Oriented to 3D visible environment, according to different roles that small scale process elements such as assembly operations and behaviors played in static product structure domain and dynamic assembly behavior domain, a Hierarchical Progressive Structure (HPS) of APMP was extracted. The APMP metaobject was abstracted by unifying the description of assembly processes, thereby a Hierarchical Progressive Object Model (HPOM) was established to instruct micro-planning. To ensure the consistent use of the model in various application contexts, a parsing and mapping mechanism, together with the specific expression of the model based on eXtensible Markup Language (XML) technology, was discussed. Finally, an example of assembly process in aircraft central wing verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.%为提高复杂产品装配工艺规划的准确性和可视性,规范底层工艺规划过程,研究了三维装配工艺微规划层进过程的对象化建模.面向三维可视化环境,根据装配操作、动作等小尺度工艺要素在静态产品结构域和动态装配行为域中角色的不同,提炼了装配工艺微规划过程的层级递进结构;在统一描述微规划各工艺过程的基础上,抽象了微规划元对象,构建了可用于指导微规划过程的层进对象模型;为保证模型应用一致性,给出了其面向应用域的解析映射机制,并采用可扩展标记语言技术规范了模型信息的形式化表达.以某型飞机中央翼的部分装配工作为例进行了分析,验证了所提方法的有效性.
