基于满意度与投入约束的产品技术特征配置

         

摘要

在运用质量屋进行前期产品需求规划的过程中,为解决多约束条件下的技术特征配置问题,对传统质量屋的结构进行改造,提出基于满意度与投入约束的需求规划决策模型。该模型通过分析以公理化信息距离为基础的满意度量化法,综合考虑多种投入约束下的配置条件,运用整数规划求解的方法得到产品需求规划的技术特征配置。以自动贩卖机为实例,对该方法进行了应用验证。%In the process of product requirement pre-planning by using House of Quality (HoQ), to solve the technical characteristics configuration under multi-constraint condition, the traditional HoQ structure was reformed, and a requirement planning decision model based on satisfaction and input-constraint was proposed. Through analyzed the quantitative method of satisfaction based on axiomatic information distance, the technical characteristics configuration of product requirement planning was obtained by considering the multiple input-constraint configuration condition and adopting the method of integer programming solving. The proposed method was validated through perform ing a case study of coin machine.
