基于ARM的Nand Flash启动分析与移植

         

摘要

为了使嵌入式引导程序(Bootloader)更加灵活、支持更多的储存介质引导嵌入式系统启动,降低嵌入式系统开发成本,针对目前大多数Bootloader程序只能从Nor Flash引导系统启动的局限性,提出了嵌入式引导系统支持从Nand Flash引导启动的解决方案.通过对比U-boot与Vivi的引导启动流程,具体的分析了引导程序的引导机制以及Nand Flash 与Nor Flash引导的异同,完成整个方案的修改.并且借助S3C2410开发平台给予验证,表明了其可行性和有效性.%In order to make the embedded steering process more flexible and sustain more memory medium to steer the startup of Embedded system and reduce the cost when develop the embedded system, meanwhile, aimed at the limitations of most Boot-loader only steering system from the Nor Flash, the method on how to make the embedded startup process to support the startup from the Nand Flash is put forward. We finish the modification of the entire project successfully by comparing the startup flow of both U-Boot and VivL The startup mechanism of the startup process are analyzed in detail and the deferent and same between Nand Flash and Nor Flash are analyzed. At last, It's feasible and efficiency are proved by the platform S3C2410.
