车辆发动机电控系统电磁加固技术研究

         

摘要

Based on the vehicle engine electronic control system as the research object,in a certain type of domesticⅢ en?gine wiring harness,for example,by comparing the analysis of characteristics of three different shielding materials,the wave shield?ing set location is chosen to complete the vehicle engine electronic control system of electromagnetic reinforcement. Research results show that the wave shielding scheme,in front of the key parts for splice to suit wave set and heat shrinkable tube,for subsequent again after finished wire shielding plug assembly. In branch wire harness and the main line of the beam,first branch harness wave set is worn and banded,main beam wave set is used to package tied three tied branch wiring harness. Using cross-sectional area of the big dark wire harness as the grounding line,the line location derivation of the grounding line heat shrinkable tube,tape is used to ensure that the tensile property and reliability of wiring harness. At the same time,according to the wiring harness and electromag?netic wave length ratio the number of grounding and arrangement are determined.%论文以车辆发动机电控系统为研究对象,选择某国产型Ⅲ发动机电控系统,通过对比分析三种不同的屏蔽材料特征,选择了防波套屏蔽方案来完成对车辆发动机电控系统的电磁加固.研究结果表明:采用防波套屏蔽方案,在分支线束和主线束的穿套中,首先对分支线束防波套进行穿套和捆扎,再利用主线束防波套来包裹捆扎三个已进行捆扎的分支线束.采用截面积较大的深色线束作为接地线,在线路接地线的引出位置使用胶带热缩管加固,确保线束的抗拉性和可靠性.同时根据线束和电磁波长的比值来确定接地数量和布置方式.
