基于灰色BP神经网络的服装面料规格参数预测

摘要

提出一种针对服装面料在生产加工过程中预测成品服装面料规格参数的预测模型.该模型通过将灰色关联分析与BP神经网络相结合的方式实现,利用灰色关联分析找出面料生产加工过程中的各测量参数与成品面料规格参数的潜在关系,为BP神经网络提供筛选因子的功能,最后通过训练BP神经网络来实现预测.根据企业提供的现实生产数据,经过实验验证了该模型的有效性.%The paper proposes a new forecasting model of fabric specifications during the production process, which is established by combining BP neural network and GRA (Gray relational analysis). The latter is used to find out the potential relation between various measuring parameters in the process of fabric production and specification parameters of finished fabric, providing function for filtering factors for BP neural network and eventually implementing forecast tasks through training BP neural network. As shown in the experimental evaluation, this model is valid and feasible.
