扭曲光栅光束质量M2因子测量软件系统开发

     

摘要

设计出振幅型正交二次扭曲光栅,实现了一种光束质量M2因子实时测量技术.利用Microsoft Visual C++6.0开发平台,并基于MATCOM混合编程实现正交散焦光栅的软件测量系统.利用VC6.0直接调用MATCOM库函数的方式实现了对多个测量数据可视化表达.结果表明,基于混合编程的方法在光束质量M2因子测量系统软件开发中极大地降低了编程的工作量,提高了软件开发效率,软件系统平均测量周期小于100ms.%Real-time measurement technology for beam quality M2 factor is implemented based on the design of amplitude orthogonal qua-dratically distorted gratings. The software measurement system of orthogonal defocus gratings is realised with Microsoft Visual C + + 6.0 development platform and on the basis of MATCOM mixed programming method. In this paper, visual presentations of multiple measurement results are performed with directly calling of MATCOM library functions in VC6.0. Results show that the mixed programming-based technology can greatly reduce programming workload in developing beam quality M2 factor measurement software system and increase the efficiency of software development, and the average measurement period of the system is less than 100ms.
