往复压缩机气量调节中的电磁机构模拟分析

         

摘要

The gas regulator of the reciprocating compressor is adjusted by the electromagnetic adjusting mechanism which can press the inlet valve to open,thus the working condition of the valve plate is improved by its high sensitivity.The actuating time of the electromagnetic mechanism is analyzed and the minimum electromagnetic force is obtained.Moreover,the Matlab programming was used to simulate the influence of the valve plate's lift and speed by rapidly switching the electromagnetic force.The results show that the fast switching of the electromagnetic force can reduce the impact velocity of the valve plate,but it also can extend the time of valve's opening and closing,therefore.%往复压缩机的气量调节采用电磁调节机构压开进气阀进行调节,通过其高灵敏度来改善阀片的工作情况.论文分析了电磁机构的作用时间,求出了最小的电磁作用力,并用Matlab编程模拟了通过快速切换电磁力对阀片升程和运动速度的影响.结果表明:电磁力的快速切换可以减小阀片的撞击速度,同时也延长了气阀开启、关闭的时间.
