协同作战能力（CEC）时间同步分析

协同作战能力(CEC)是一种变革性的数据链路，它通过实现作战信息共享，统一协同作战行动，从而大大地提升了美军的防空能力。时间同步是 CEC 实现正常功能的基础。因此对 CEC 时间同步的分析就有着一定必要性。概述了CEC的系统构成，重点从CEC的工作原理角度阐述了CEC系统的时间同步机理；针对 CEC 系统的空分多址与时分多址相结合的通信体制，详细分析了时间同步的实现与维护以及传感器数据的融合处理。%As a revolutionary data link, CEC (Cooperative Engagement Capability) could greatly enhance the air-defense capabilities of the American military through shaving operational information and unifying and the coordinated operations. As time synchronization is the basis of CEC ’ s normal work, it is necessary to analyze time synchronization in CEC. This paper summarizes the system constitution of CEC and expounds the time synchronization mechanism in CEC from the perspective of CEC’s working principle. Aiming at the communication system combining SDMA and TDMA of CEC system, this paper particularly discusses the implementation and maintenance of time synchronization, fusion and processing of sensor data.
