For multi-user MIMO-OFDM systems, a two-step resource allocation algorithm based on the user’s QoS is proposed. With the criterion of minimizing the transmitting power, this algorithm first allocates the subcarriers to the users in accordance with the users’ transmission rate requirements and channel gains, then all the subchannels of the users’ sub-carriers participate in the bit allocation process. Numerical simulation results show that the proposed algorithm could reduce the total transmitting power and achieve a good system performance.% 针对 MIMO-OFDM 多用户系统,在保证用户服务质量 QoS(主要指误码率和速率要求)的情况下,提出了一种分步资源分配算法。在发射功率最小化准则下,算法先根据用户传输速率要求和用户的信道增益对用户进行子载波组分配,再在用户子载波上的所有特征子信道上进行自适应的比特分配。仿真结果表明,该算法复杂度低,降低了系统发射功率,获得良好的系统性能。
