英国提升德育有效性之新举措及其对我国的启示

             

摘要

In recent years,the British scholars believe that there are some problems in individual moral develop-ment of the UK secondary school students.many school’s code of conduct are morally ambiguous,confuse the moral and conventional domains;Values education become a mere formality;Civic education focus too much on the importance of cognitive challenge in the progress towards moral maturity,while fail to provide sufficient chal-lenge in relation to behavioural issues,resulting in the embarrassing situation of students’inconsistent in aware-ness and action;To make the students consistent in awareness and action and promote the students’moral devel-opment,The British schools have taken some neweffective measures;These newmeasures have great reference on China's secondary vocational school’s moral education.%近年来,英国学者认为英国中学在发展个体道德方面存在一些问题:学生行为准则具有模糊性,混淆了道德规范和传统习俗的区别;价值观教育流于形式;公民教育过于注重道德认知的发展,而忽视了道德实践的发展,造成知行不一的尴尬状况。针对这些弊端,英国中学采取了一些行之有效的新举措,增强了德育的有效性,进一步实现了知行合一,促进了学生的道德成长。这些新举措对我国中等职业学校的德育具有较大的借鉴意义。
