基于“平台＋基地”的供应链金融模式分析

摘要

互联网时代，传统的供应链金融利用互联网技术跻身为互联网金融发展的主要模式之一，对供应链上各相关企业资金流的高效运作至关重要。本文基于电子商务平台和物流服务商交互配合作用，通过分析淮矿物流“平台＋基地”供应链金融运作模式，研究企业如何通过构建“平台＋基地”模式实现物流、信息流和资金流的同步协调，从而使企业借助有效衔接获取成功。%In the age of the Internet , by using the Internet technology , the traditional supply chain finance ranked as one of the main models of Internet finance , which is crucial to the efficient operation of relevant enterprises in the supply chain′s capital flows .Based on the interaction between e -commerce platform and logistics service providers , and through the analysis of Huaikuang Logistics′s“platform+base” supply chain financial operation model , this paper dis-cusses the enterprise how to fulfill logistics , information flow and cash flow′s synchronous coordination through construc-ting the “platform+base” pattern, thus making the enterprise blend more effectively and obtain greater success .
