中原经济区城市物流效率与经济重心演变分析

摘要

This paper discusses the influence of efficiency of factor spacial transfer on urban and regional economic growth.The paper empirically analyses urban logistics efficiency and evolution of economic gravity center of 29 cities in Central Plains Economic Zone from 2001 to 2010 with the methods of Malmquist index in DEA and formula of gravity cen-ter .The study shows that the consistent result in direction of economic gravity center change and region of urban logistics efficiency improvement , and technical change efficiency and scale efficiency change are the main reasons for variation of urban logistics efficiency in Central Plains Economic Zone .Thus, it concludes that improvement of urban logistics effi-ciency is the main reason in urban and regional economic growth , and technical change efficiency and scale efficiency are the important reasons for variation of urban logistics efficiency , at the same time, it is the main power in the evolution of economic gravity center .Nowadays , regional economic policy should consider how to improve the logistics technology change efficiency and scale efficiency .%本文主要探讨要素空间转移活动的效率对城市和区域经济增长的影响。运用数据包络分析法中的Malmquist指数模型和重心计算公式，对2001年到2010年中原经济区29个城市的物流效率和经济重心轨迹进行实证分析，发现经济重心转移方向和城市物流效率提高区域基本一致，技术变化效率、规模效率的改变是中原经济区城市物流效率变化的主要原因。因此，物流活动效率的提高是城市和区域经济增长的主要力量，技术变化效率和规模效率是城市物流效率变化的重要原因，同时也是经济重心迁移的动力，现阶段区域经济政策重点应考虑如何提高物流技术变化效率和规模效率问题。
