清仓甩卖市场下考虑利润分享的供应链协作研究

摘要

在制造企业回购再加工清仓甩卖的供应链系统实际运作过程中，单周期需求的生产决策问题成为研究的热点。目前，作为广泛运用的协调机制，利润分享更能实现供应链各成员的利润分配和风险共担。本文研究由单一制造企业与单一销售企业组成的二级供应链，考查带有回购再加工的清仓甩卖活动情形，通过构建分散式和集中式决策下的供应链最优决策模型，运用利润分享来协调制造企业和销售企业之间的关系，并通过算例验证相关结论的有效性。%The actual operation of the supply chain system , repurchase reprocessing of manufacturer in the clearance sale market, the decision problem of single period demand has become a hot spot of research .At present, as a widely used coordination mechanism , profit sharing can realize the profit distribution and risk -sharing of supply chain mem-bers.This paper studies the two -stage supply chain which is made up of a single manufacturer and a single sales enter-prise, examines with repurchase reprocessing in the clearance sale market , constructs the supply chain optimal decision-making model under the decentralized and centralized decision , uses the profit sharing to coordinate the relationship between the manufacturing and sales enterprise , and verifies the effectiveness of the related conclusion through an exam-ple.
