采用不同类型的分散剂来分散炭黑,通过色相、着色力、指研一系列性能的测定,分析了分散剂的种类及添加量对炭黑浆的影响.试验结果表明,合适的分散剂以及合适的添加量可以得到低黏度、高着色力、体系稳定的炭黑浆,分散剂A+D获得了最佳的实验结果.%Different types of dispersing agents are used to disperse the carbon black in color slurry. The influence of the dispersing agent and its amount on the performance of carbon black slurry is analyzed via determination of hue, tinting strength and finger grinding property. The result shows that the suitable type of dispersing agent and proper amount thereof can obtain a low viscosity, high tinting strength and stable carbon black slurry. Specifically, the dispersing agent A+D can give the optimal result.
