深部综放工作面巷道强力超前支护系统设计

         

摘要

According to the high gateway roof pressure, serious deformation, gateway high advance pressure and deformation range features of the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in deep mine, the paper analyzed the pressure distribution features and deformation law of the mining gateway in the deep mine and provided the effective method to control the serious deformation of the gateway. A two rank and two section type powerful advance support system was researched and developed suitable for the mine long distance and high deformation gateway in deep mine. The paper introduced the main technical parameter determination and main features of the advance support system and analyzed the flexibility of the pushing forward mechanism and stabilization mechanism for the advance support system. The advance support was applied to the trial in No. 14310 coal mining face in Dongtan Mine of Yanzhou Coal Mining Group and the distance of the advance support was 60 m. With the actual measurements, the average deformation value of the gateway roof and floor was 202 mm and the average deformation value of the two side walls along the gateway was 848 mm. In comparison with the single prop support, the deformation value of the gateway would be highly reduced. With the analysis on the observation results of the trial, the support results of the support system would be good, the deformation of the gateway surrounding rock would be less and could meet the requirements of the gateway support for the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in deep mine.%针对煤矿深部综放工作面巷道顶板压力大、变形严重,巷道超前压力与变形影响范围大的特点,分析深部开采巷道压力分布特点与变形规律,提出有效控制深部巷道严重变形的方法,研制出能够适应长距离、大变形深部巷道的两列两节式强力超前支架支护系统;介绍了超前支护系统主要技术参数的确定和主要特点,并对超前支护系统推移机构和稳定机构的适应性进行了分析;此支护系统在兖矿集团东滩矿14310工作面试验,超前支护60 m.经实际测定,巷道顶底板的平均变形量为202 mm,两帮平均变形量为848 mm,与用单体支护相比,巷道的变形量大幅降低;通过试验观测结果分析可知,该支护系统支护效果好,巷道围岩变形较小,满足综放工作面深部巷道支护的要求.
