煤层瓦斯预抽方案优化设计

     

摘要

为了解决煤层瓦斯抽放中遇到的采掘工作面瓦斯超限和煤与瓦斯突出问题,提高采煤工作面瓦斯抽放效果,以新安矿14221工作面为研究对象,对其进行了顺层平行不同钻孔间距下的瓦斯预抽试验,考察了钻孔瓦斯抽放量随时间的变化规律和不同钻孔间距下预抽率与时间的关系.结果表明:当深孔抽放钻孔间距为1.5 m时,其抽放效果为钻孔抽放间距2.5 m的1.24倍.同时将新安矿本煤层由平行钻孔改为斜向钻孔相间布置后,钻孔瓦斯抽放浓度提高了0.32倍,取得了较好的瓦斯抽放效果.%In order to solve the gas content over limit and the coal and gas outburst problems of the excavation and mining faces during the seam gas drainage and to improve the gas drainage effect of the coal mining face, taking the No. 14221 coal mining face of Xin'an Mine as the study object, a gas pre-drainage experiment with different borehole space in and along the seam was conducted. The variation law of the borehole gas drainage value with the time and the relationship between the pre-drainage rate and the time under the different borehole space were investigated. The results showed when the space of the deep drainage boreholes was 1.5m, the gas drainage effect would be 1. 24 times higher than the 2. 5 m space of the drainage borehole. Meanwhile, when the parallel boreholes in and along the seam in Xin' an Mine changed to the layout of the inclined boreholes, the borehole drainage concentration was improved by 0.32 times and the good gas drainage effect was obtained.
