大缸径双伸缩立柱内加载液压试验系统设计

         

摘要

为解决Ф500mm缸径立柱的日常厂内试验和出厂试验问题,介绍了一种大缸径双伸缩立柱卧式内加载试验台。该试验台的增压加载系统,能达到大于乳化液泵压的内加载试验压力,完成被试缸的耐压性能和拉压性能等试验;根据试验系统使用的液压元件,利用1对液压缸首尾对接,建立了Simhydraulics模型,完成了仿真和实测支撑性能的负载效率曲线绘制;采用Visual C#语言编制数据采集程序,按试验步骤自动采集试验系统的试验数据和自动输出试验报表数据文件等,研究结果表明,该试验系统能满足大缸径立柱检验需求,并可大幅提高生产效率。%In order to solve the issues of the routine workshop test and the delivery test for the 500 mm diameter hydraulic leg, a horizontal inner loading testing rig of the large diameter double telescopic hydraulic leg was introduced. The pressurized loading system of the testing rig could have a pressure higher than the inner loading testing pressure from the emulsion pump and had completed the pressure resistance performances, tensile pressure performances and other test of the cylinder leg. Based on the hydraulic components applied to the testing system, a head and tail connection of a pair of the hydraulic cylinder was applied to establish a Simhydraulics model and to complete the load efficient curve drawing of the simulated and actual measured support performances. The Visual C# prepared data acquisition pro- gram was applied, according to the test data of the test procedure automatic acquisition test system and the of the data documents of the automatic output test reporter, the study results showed that the testing system could meet the inspection requirements of the large diameter leg and could highly improve the production efficiency of the legs.
