双滚筒驱动带式输送机电动机负荷分配的分析

     

摘要

By means of the theory about electric motor and belt conveyor,the tractive force and load distribution of belt conveyor with doub-le driving rollers were researched,the power analytical expressions of two motors was obtained.Based on the expressions,the field applica-tion example was simulated.The results showed that due to the belt elasticity,the load of the rear driving unit was larger than that of the front one;the load distribution unbalance owing to the belt elasticity could be removed if the diameter of the front roller was larger than that of the rear one.If the three-phase AC asynchronous motor with higher slip ratio was applied,it is more favorable to load distribution.The load unbalance between two driving units could be eliminated by means of little variable speed clutch,the variable speed clutch slippage and the slip loss were very small.%基于电机学和带式输送机运行理论分析了双滚筒驱动的带式输送机两驱动单元牵引力和电动机负荷的分配情况,得到了2台电动机功率的解析表达式,以此为基础,对现场的应用实例进行数值模拟计算,结果表明:由于输送带弹性的影响,后驱动单元电动机的负荷要比前驱动单元电动机大;前驱动滚筒比后驱动滚筒直径略大,可以补偿因输送带弹性造成的负荷分配不均;采用转差率高的三相异步电动机更利于负荷平衡分配;调速离合器产生很小的滑差就能克服严重的负荷不平衡,而调速离合器产生的滑差功耗却较低。
