Fe2O3/CaO复合催化剂对低阶煤催化热解行为的影响

     

摘要

为了实现低阶煤的分级分质高效利用,采用Fe2O3/CaO作为复合催化剂,以子长禾草沟煤矿和大同矿区的煤样为研究对象,采用热重分析研究了不同添加量时,Fe2O3/CaO复合催化剂对子长煤和大同煤热解行为的影响,并从动力学角度和煤热解产物气相组分变化方面探讨了催化热解机理.结果表明:Fe2O3/CaO复合催化剂的加入对煤的热解有催化作用,对不同煤种的催化效果不同,加入催化剂后,煤催化热解的活化能降低,随着催化剂的加入,各段温度范围显著降低,使反应更加容易进行.同时热解气相组分也发生了明显的变化,促进了挥发分的逸出,使得煤的裂解和缩聚等反应更容易进行.过量Fe2O3/CaO复合催化剂的加入会对煤的热解有抑制作用,加入质量分数5%的Fe2O3/CaO催化效果最好.%In order to realize the efficient utilization of low rank coal,taking the Fe2O3/CaO as hybrid catalyst,the pyrolysis behaviors of coasl sampls from Zihecaogou Mine and Datong Mining Area respetively were investigated by thermogravimetry deviece under different dosage of hybrid catalyst.The catalytic mechanism was discussed from the kinetic analysis and gas composition.The results showed that Fe2O3/CaO could affect the pyrolysis of coal,and had different effects on different coals.The activation energy and pyrolysis temperature range decreased with the addition of catalyst,which make the reaction easier.Meanwhile,the gas compositions had obviously changed,it can promote the escape of volatile components,and the cracking and condensation reactions of coal samples could be carried out more easily.The excessive Fe2O3/CaO hybrid catalyst's addition had inhibitory effect on coal pyrolysis,with the addition of mass fraction 5% of Fe2O3/CaO,the best catalytic effects were observed for the pyrolysis of coals.
