全自动制样装置日常性能检验方法探讨

         

摘要

This paper provided the daily performance test method for automatic sample preparation devices which included total moisture loss testing method and ash difference testing method, from aspects such as sample preparation process and experimental method, the reference sample preparation method for 6 mm ( or13 mm ) total moisture content sample was introduced, the evaluation indicators and testing method under overproof situation for total moisture loss, ash difference of coal analyzing sample and so on were proposed, in order to make sure the reliable operation of automatic sample preparation devices, the inspection period should not exceed 1 month.%提供了包括全水分损失检验方法和灰分差异检验办法在内的全自动制样装置日常性能检验办法,从制样流程和化验方法等方面详细介绍了全水样为6 mm (或13 mm)的参比制样方法,并给出了全水分损失、分析样灰分差等评价指标以及指标超差情况下的检查方法。为确保全自动制样装置的可靠稳定运行,建议检验周期不宜超过1个月。
