新集一矿远距离下保护层开采试验研究

     

摘要

Referring the experience of mining 11-2 coal-seam for protecting far-distance 13-1 coal-seam, test of mining 281110 face in 11-2 coal-seam of Xinji 1 st Mine was made.Effective protective range and drainage effect of methane in protective coal -seam mining was researched.Residual methane parameters of protected coal -seam was measured,and the effect of outburst prevention measure in protec -ted coals-eam was tested.Results showed that as lower protective seam , 112-coal-seam's maximum protective vertical interval was 126m,minimum spacing without destroying protected seam was 35m.The pressure-relief angle of strike, upward trend and downward trend was respectively 57.3°, 89.2°and 74.8°.Cooperated with draining methane in pressure-relief zone, the outburst prevention measure in 13-1 coal-seam was effective.%借鉴相邻淮南矿业集团采用首采11-2煤层作为13-1煤层远距离下保护层开采的实践经验,以新集一矿11-2煤层281110工作面开采为例,对远距离下保护开采进行了试验研究,考察了下保护层开采有效保护范围,统计了保护层开采过程卸压瓦斯抽采效果,测试了被保护区残余瓦斯参数,对被保护层区域防突措施效果进行了检验。研究结果表明:新集一矿11-2煤层作为下保护层开采,最大保护垂距为126m,不破坏上部被保护层的最小层间距离为35m,作为上覆13-1煤层的下保护层开采其走向、倾向上方、倾向下方的卸压保护角分别为57.3°,89.2°,74.8°,配合有效卸压瓦斯强化抽采措施被保护层13-1煤层区域防突措施效果有效。
