深部大采高超长工作面煤壁片帮机理及控制技术

     

摘要

Principle and control technology of coal wall spalling of super length working face with large mining height in deep were studied with laboratory test, numerical simulation and theory analysis and so on.The results showed that coal of working face was brittle coal, original water ratio was 1.6%, and strength reached the maximal as coal seam water ratio reached 5.0%, when mining height was constant, coal wall horizontal deformation increased with coal seam strength decreased, and coal wall would appeared easily, and the maximal coal wall displacement amount appeared at middle and upward position, when mining height was 5m, coal wall spalling easily appeared at the position that to coal seam floor was 2 ~4m.And some key techniques like advanced coal seam water injection in two roadways of working face, advanced deep holes pre-grouting of two roadways and advanced shallow holes pre-grouting in working face coal wall, differential opening of support safety valve, and larger resistance support, coal wall spalling prevention and dust prevention effects were good.The results could referenced for similar situation.%采用实验室试验、数值计算和理论分析综合研究方法,研究了深部大采高超长工作面煤壁片帮机理及控制技术,研究表明:试验工作面煤为脆性煤体,原始含水率为1.6%,煤层含水率达到5.0%左右强度最高;采高一定时,煤层强度越低,煤壁水平变形越大,越容易发生片帮;煤壁位移最大处为煤壁中上部,采高5m时,距煤层底板2~4m容易发生片帮.现场采用两巷超前深孔煤层注水、两巷超前深孔+工作面煤壁浅孔超前预注浆、调节支架安全阀差异开启、选择大工阻支架等关键技术,防片帮、防尘效果较好.研究成果为深部大采高超长工作面安全高效开采提供理论指导和技术支撑.
