极松软煤层回采巷道围岩控制技术研究

             

摘要

As the mining progressed into a deeper distance, the singular shelter supporting method applied at the recovery roadway of highly loose seam did not present an ideal effect, in spite of its bigh maintenance cost and excessive maintenance amount. Adoption of pres- sure-relieving holes together with feet-locking- beams at the roadway ribs at the Lu Ling coal mine have effectively led to controlled deforma- tion at the roadway and reached the production requirement. This paper, by numerical method, has presented the sinmlation and analysis on drilling pressure-relief flmctional mechanism, which showed that after drilling pressure-relieving being conducted at the roadway ribs, the stress concentration zones have shifted to the deep part of the surrounding rocks and concentrated at the end of the pressnre-relieving holes, exerting ideal protection role on the roadway and providing basis for high stress pressure-relieving supporting.%随着采深的增加,极松软煤层回采巷道采用单一的架棚支护效果不理想,且维修量大,维护费用高。芦岭矿通过采用在煤巷两帮打卸压孔结合打设锁腿梁的方法,有效控制了巷道变形,满足了生产要求。本文采用数值方法模拟和分析了钻孔卸压的作用机理。模拟结果表明,对巷道两帮钻孔卸压以后,应力集中区域由两帮转移到了围岩深部,且集中在了卸压孔的末端,对巷道起到了很好的保护作用,为高应力回采巷道卸压支护提供了依据。
