基于DC-BANK系统的变频器抗“晃电”技术研究

         

摘要

"Shake"for the normal operation of coal chemical enterprises have a significant impact, ranging from the part of the motor, inverter and contactor tripping or stop working, resulting in the interruption of production, heavy equipment such as an explosion accidents and personal security incidents. Thus, for the case of"shake"the accident, using DC-BANK uninterruptible power supply system can guarantee inverter power grid"shake"in the case, the load motor speed and torque constant, thus avoiding the system voltage fluctuations caused by the change of the motor output torque to ensure that the process parameters are not changed greatly, to achieve the purpose of the anti-shake electricity.This article use MATLAB simulation to prove the feasibility of direct support system.%“晃电”对煤化工企业的正常运行有重大影响,轻则使部分电动机、变频器和接触器跳闸或停止工作,造成企业生产的中断,重则发生爆炸等设备事故和人身安全事故。因此,针对发生的“晃电”事故,采用DC-BANK不间断电源系统可以保证变频器在电网发生“晃电”的情况下,负载电动机转速及转矩不变,从而避免了因系统电压波动而造成的电动机输出力矩的变化,保证了工艺参数不发生较大变化,达到了抗晃电的目的,本文利用MATLAB仿真证明了直流支撑系统的可行性。
