The use of exchange both the control of high voltage frequency conversion and the control of operating frequency in the main mine ventilator is studied. This system has flexible controlling way, i.e. local control or long-range I/O control or upper position control and the WEB long-range monitor without worker in Internet. This system uses programming controlling device PLC as logical controlling, which can collect, test and computer the data of all kinds of sensors of ventilator in the way of operation.%对矿井主通风机系统中电路主回路高压变频控制与工频控制相互切换的应用进行了研究与设计. 设计的系统具有灵活的控制方式,即:本地控制、远程I/O控制、上位机控制以及以太网无人值守的WEB远程监控相结合. 系统采用可编程控制器作为逻辑控制核心,可以实现对风机运行过程中通过各种传感器获得的数据进行采集、处理,从而实现风机系统的优化控制.
