煤矿职业安全卫生管理体系构建探索与实践

摘要

There are lots of people in the coal industry and the occupation damage the health badly,which bring serious threaten to coal mine safe production and crew's body health,therefore constructing the thorough occupational safety and health management system can effective precontrol the occupation damage.In order to give reference to coal mine occupation safe and health manage this thesis illustrate the experi-ence of constructing the occupational safety and health management system in Yangcun coal mine,and comprehensive discussion form point of amplifying the mechanism,governing from source and making sure the combination.%煤炭行业从业人数多，职业危害严重，给矿井安全生产和职工生命安全带来严重威胁，构建完善的职业卫生管理体系能够对职业危害进行有效防控。本文叙述了杨村煤矿职业安全卫生管理体系创建工作的一系列经验做法，从健全机制、源头治理、搞好结合等方面进行了综合论述，为煤矿企业职业安全卫生管理工作提供了参考。
