浅析几种调(截)绳工艺的应用

         

摘要

多绳摩擦轮式提升机的主提钢丝绳在运行过程中会出现塑性伸长,随着运行时间的增加,主提钢丝绳伸长量的偏差就会越来越大,当超过液压调绳装置的最大调节量时,会导致提升容器在井口和井底不能同时到位,延长了井上、下操车操作及装卸载时间,需要对主提钢丝绳进行调(截)。经过多年对传统调(截)绳工艺、油缸调(截)绳工艺以及YHT型摩擦提升机调绳装置调(截)绳工艺的实践和运用,油缸调(截)绳工艺在济宁三号煤矿得到了广泛的推广和应用。%multi rope friction hoisting machine main hoisting rope during operation plastic elongation, with the running time increased, the de-viation will become the main lifting rope elongation is larger, when the maximum control over hydraulic rope adjusting device, will lead to the lifting container in place at the wellhead and bottom hole can not well, prolong the operation, vehicle operation and loading and unloading time, need to adjust the wire rope (cut).
