The Shandong Province is a major coal resource exploitation province, also a major coal consumption province, account for 5% of the country's coal production and 10% of consumption. But it is not a major coal resources province, account for only 2. 2%coal resources and reserves of the country. With the development of economy and increasing of coal resources demand, coal resources exploitation intensity is increasing.
