复杂地质条件下大断面煤巷快速掘进研究与实践

     

摘要

采用综合机械化掘进技术是实现煤巷快速掘进的主要途径.为了提高复杂地质条件下大断面煤巷掘进速度和机械化水平,文章首先分析了综掘工作面快速掘进的诸多影响因素,继而利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,研究了不同掘进进尺时,巷道围岩应力场及位移场分布特征,分析了同一掘进速度下不同支护参数对大断面煤巷快速掘进的影响.在此基础上依据林南仓煤矿2220工作面综掘实际,提出了实现快速掘进的技术措施:掘进切割快速、支护参数合理、辅助运输连续及其三大工序之间的优化配置,从而达到快速掘进的目的.%The application of the fully mechanized driving technology is a main access to realize the rapid heading of the seam gateway.In order to improve the driving speed and mechanized level of the large cross section seam gateway under the complicated geological conditions,the paper firstly analyzed the many factors affected to the rapid driving of the fully mechanized driving face.Then a FLAC3D numerical simulation software was applied to study the stress field in the surrounding rock of the gateway and the distribution features of the surrounding displacement filed and to analyze different support parameters under the same driving speed affected to rapid driving of the large cross section seam gateway.Based the circumstances,according to a actual driving of No.2220 coal mining face in Linnancang Mine,the technical measures to realize the rapid driving were provided.The rapid cutting of the driving,rational support parameters and auxiliary transportation continuity as well as the optimized allocation between the three procedures could reach the target of the rapid driving.
