煤炭企业信息化实施过程模型及应用研究

         

摘要

针对煤炭企业信息化实施过程管理不规范和权责不清的问题,结合司马煤业有限公司安全预警与检查系统实施的实际,加入观念、技术、应用三个分析层次对WBS方法的应用进行了改进,建立了以煤炭企业为主体、信息化供应方为推动的双进程推式滚动实施模型,利用IDEF0方法描述了煤炭企业规划、实施、优化三个阶段包含的子过程及子过程间的相互关系,为煤炭企业信息化实施过程管理提供规范和指导。%In view of the nonstandard management, unclear powers and responsibilities in the implementation of coal enterprise informatization, this paper established a Double Process Rolling model ( DPR) for the safety pre-warning and checking system of Sima Coal Mine, regarding coal enterprise as the main contents and informatization supplier as the drive, based on an WBS method improved by the introduction of analytical hierarchies including conception, technology and application. Furthermore, the sub-procedure and their relations in the planning, implementation and optimization were described with IDEF0 to guide the informatization for coal enterprise.
