矿用纯电动防爆胶轮车双电机驱动系统研究

     

摘要

A new dual-motor driving system configuration was proposed to increase energy usage for pure electric explosion-proof rubber tire vehicle for mine,the energy saving mechanism of dual-motor driving system was analyzed,and principle of the configuration parameter matching and the curve of motor equivalent external characteristic were formulated.At the same time,the optimal driving mode of dual motor driving system was calculated based on the principle of minimum electric power consumption,and the threshold value of each mode was identified.The simulation model for single motor driving system and dual-motor driving system were established using MATLAB/Simulink,energy consumption and driving range at cruise conditions were simulated for the auxiliary transport roadway of Wangjialing Coal Mine,the simulation results show that better economic performance can be achieved with dual-motor driving system.%从提高纯电动防爆无轨胶轮车能量利用率的角度,提出一种双电机驱动系统构型,并对双电机驱动系统较传统单电机驱动时的节能机理进行分析,制定出这种构型参数匹配原则和电机等效外特性曲线.同时以电机最小电功率消耗为原则计算出双电机驱动系统最佳驱动模式,识别出各个模式定义的门限值,得出模式划分简化图.利用MATLAB/Simulink搭建了单电机驱动系统与双电机驱动系统仿真模型,基于王家岭辅助运输大巷路谱计算二者能耗及等速行驶下的续航里程,得出该类车辆采用双电机驱动系统能够实现更好的经济性.
